Buds Organics The Gold Standard Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) Terms & Conditions

Buds Organics The Gold Standard Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) is part of Buds Organics’ yearly campaign organised by Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and will run periodically on Buds Organics’ official E-commerce Store and sales channels.

The Campaign will run from 7 September – 10 September 2026. Participants are allowed to join the Campaign by fulfilling the eligibility requirements stated below.

The Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above.

To qualify, participants must spend a minimum of RM99 in a single order during the Campaign Period.

Each eligible order that meets the minimum spend requirement automatically entitles the participant to one (1) Lucky Draw Entry, regardless of the total amount spent in the order.

Multiple entries are permitted through separate eligible orders, provided that each order meets the minimum spend requirement of RM99.

Only completed and non-cancelled orders are eligible for the Campaign. Cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise invalid orders will not qualify for entry.

Eligible participants will stand a chance to win the prizes offered under the Campaign. Winners will be selected by the Organiser and announced on Buds Organics’ official social media platforms.

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Any delivery or transportation arranged by the winner for the prize will be at the winner’s own cost.

The Organiser reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participation that is deemed invalid, fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign and winner selection are final and binding. No appeals or disputes regarding the Campaign or winner selection will be entertained.
