General Terms & Conditions

1. All promotions, gifts, rebates, exchanges and redemptions are valid only during the Event Period and while stocks last.
2. Promotions and gifts are available on a first come, first served basis.
3. All gifts, redemption items and exchange products are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Assorted products, designs, scents, variants and colours may be provided where applicable.
5. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to substitute, replace, add, remove or vary any gifts, products, mechanics or promotional items with items of similar value without prior notice.
6. Product visuals used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.
7. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to reject any redemption, participation or exchange deemed suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd’s decisions on all matters relating to the Event shall be final and binding.

1. Instant Rebate Promotion

1. Customers are entitled to instant rebates based on the following minimum spend tiers in a single receipt:

• Spend RM120 and above: Receive RM10 instant rebate.
• Spend RM250 and above: Receive RM30 instant rebate.

1. Promotion is valid only during the Event Period and while stocks last.
2. Minimum spend amount is based on the final payable amount after discounts and exclusions, where applicable.
3. Promotion is limited to one redemption per transaction unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

2. Special Treat for Moms! – Pregnancy Gift Box

1. Customers who present a valid pregnancy pink book or pregnancy appointment card during the Event Period are eligible to redeem one (1) Pregnancy Gift Box.
2. Redemption is limited to one (1) Pregnancy Gift Box per customer throughout the Event Period.
3. Pregnancy Gift Box contents may consist of assorted products, samples or promotional items.
4. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) shall not be obligated to entertain requests for product selection, replacement or exchange of items within the Pregnancy Gift Box.
5. Redemption is subject to stock availability and while stocks last.

3. Exclusive Gifts with Purchase

1. Customers are eligible to redeem selected complimentary gifts with qualifying purchases during the Event Period.

Tier 2

• Receive a Plush Book in a Gift From Nature Box with a minimum spend of RM200.

Special Purchase Rewards

2. All gifts are subject to availability and while stocks last.
3. Redemption is limited to one (1) unit per gift tier per customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to provide alternative gifts of similar value where necessary.
5. Gift designs, colours, models and product variants may vary.

4. Buds Exchange Program

1. 1 family are eligible to redeem one (1) free Product of the Day by fulfilling the exchange requirements specified by the Organiser.
2. Redemption is limited to the first one hundred (100) families per day only.
3. The customer must exchange any empty baby care product, including baby skincare, baby toiletries, baby cleansers, baby lotions, baby shampoos or similar baby care products.
4. Adult skincare, adult personal care and non-baby care products are not eligible for redemption unless states by the Organiser.
5. Exchanged products must contain a minimum capacity of 50ml.
6. All exchanged products must be empty for hygiene and safety purposes.
7. Redemption is limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel or disqualify any redemption where multiple redemptions are suspected to have been attempted by the same individual, household, family group or on behalf of another person. The Organiser’s decision in such cases shall be final and binding.

5. Time Stopper Challenge

1. Customers with a minimum purchase of RM50 in a single receipt are eligible to participate in the Time Stopper Challenge.
2. Participants must stop the timer at exactly 5.00 seconds as displayed on the official event timer to qualify for the prize.
3. The timer result displayed on the official event timer shall be final and conclusive.
4. Successful participants will receive:

• One (1) designated Product of the Day; and
• One (1) RM10 Expo Voucher.
• Redemption is limited to one (1) participation per qualifying receipt.
