By participating in any promotions, giveaways, exchanges, rebates or marketing activations during the Event Period, customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

General Terms & Conditions

1. All promotions, gifts, rebates, exchanges and redemptions are valid only during the Event Period and while stocks last.
2. Promotions and gifts are available on a first come, first served basis.
3. All gifts, redemption items and exchange products are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Assorted products, designs, scents, variants and colours may be provided where applicable.
5. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to substitute, replace, add, remove or vary any gifts, products, mechanics or promotional items with items of similar value without prior notice.
6. Product visuals used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.
7. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to reject any redemption, participation or exchange deemed suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd’s decisions on all matters relating to the Event shall be final and binding.

Instant Rebate Promotion

1. Customers are entitled to an instant rebate of RM15 with a minimum spend of RM120 in a single receipt.
2. Promotion is valid only during the Event Period and while stocks last.
3. Minimum spend amount is based on the final payable amount after discounts and exclusions, where applicable.
4. Promotion is limited to one redemption per transaction unless stated otherwise by the Organiser.

Exclusive Gifts for Moms – Pregnancy Gift Box

1. Customers who present a valid pregnancy pink book or pregnancy appointment card during the Event Period are eligible to redeem one (1) Pregnancy Gift Box.
2. Redemption is limited to one (1) Pregnancy Gift Box per customer throughout the Event Period.
3. Pregnancy Gift Box contents may consist of assorted products, samples or promotional items.
4. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) shall not be obligated to entertain requests for product selection, replacement or exchange of items within the Pregnancy Gift Box.
5. Redemption is subject to stock availability and while stocks last.

Exclusive Gifts with Purchase

1. Customers are eligible to redeem selected free gifts with qualifying purchases during the Event Period.
2. Gift with purchase tiers are as follows:

• Free Iremia Hair Conditioner with any purchase (no minimum spend required)
• Free Premium Cotton Towel with minimum spend of RM100
• Free BPA-Free Baby Feeding Set with minimum spend of RM200
• Free Iremia Organics Diffuser with minimum spend of RM150 on Buds Essential products only

3. All gifts are subject to availability and while stocks last.
4. Redemption is limited to one (1) unit per gift tier per customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to provide additional gifts, alternative gifts or no gifts based on stock allocation, campaign availability and operational discretion.
6. Gift designs, colours, models and product variants may vary.

Exchange Program

1. The Exchange Program is valid from 15 May 2026 to 17 May 2026 only.
2. Customers are eligible to redeem one (1) free product of the day by fulfilling the exchange requirements stated below.
3. Redemption is limited to the first 100 customers per day only.
4. Exchanged products must contain a minimum capacity of 30ml.
5. All exchanged products must be empty for hygiene and safety purposes.
6. Redemption is limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day.
7. Customers must adhere to the designated product of the day and redemption schedule. Requests to redeem products allocated for a different date shall not be entertained.
