This ultra mild toothpaste is formulated using a combination of naturally derived cleanser, Aloe Vera leaf juice and Silica to clean teeth very gently. Aloe Vera leaf juice also soothes gums and performs synergistically with seed-derived Phytic Acid and Xylitol derived from plants to provide a strong defence against tooth cavity.
Buds offers a choice of fluoridated toothpaste as it is endorsed and promoted by WHO and world health bodies to be most effective in dental cavity prevention. It is safe if used in recommended amounts. This toothpaste contains flavours derived from natural origin and essential oils.

This formulation combines natural and organic ingredients with an effective active component to promote oral health in a gentle and safe manner. Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice* is a soothing and hydrating botanical known for its calming effects on the gums and soft tissues, making it ideal for daily use. Glycerin works as a humectant, helping retain moisture and maintain a smooth texture while preventing the product from drying out. Aqua (water) serves as a base, ensuring even distribution of all ingredients. Hydrated silica acts as a gentle abrasive to help remove plaque and surface stains without harming enamel, making it suitable even for sensitive teeth. Xylitol, a natural sweetener, not only enhances taste but also helps reduce cavity-causing bacteria, supporting long-term oral hygiene. Disodium cocoyl glutamate and sodium cocoyl glutamate are mild, biodegradable cleansers derived from coconut that help remove impurities without irritating the mouth. Xanthan gum is used to stabilize the formula and ensure a smooth consistency. Glucosyl stevioside and stevioside, both natural sweeteners from the stevia plant, improve palatability without promoting tooth decay. Sodium fluoride, the active ingredient at 0.23% w/w (1,000ppm fluoride), is clinically proven to strengthen enamel and prevent cavities, making it a vital addition for maintaining dental health. Phytic acid, a natural antioxidant and chelating agent, helps bind metal ions and supports overall oral care by preventing tartar buildup. The parfum (perfume) is derived from essential oils, offering a natural fragrance without synthetic additives. Brush teeth and gums for two to three minutes after every meal with circular movements. Rinse mouth thoroughly. Do not swallow.
Children of 6 years and younger: Use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.
I have heard that fluoride toothpaste is bad for children’s oral health, is this true?
Fluoride toothpaste is generally safe. Dental fluorosis occurs as a result of excess fluoride ingestion during tooth formation. Our formulations contain a safe level of fluoride (1,000 ppm) for children. The grade of active fluoride we use has been clinically-proven effective in preventing tooth decay, even at low dosages. Fluoride toothpaste is the most effective for preventing dental cavities.
Is this toothpaste suitable for children with braces?
As our toothpaste contains 100% natural ingredients, it will not cause discomfort or irritation to children with braces. The Organic Aloe Vera Leaf Juice in our toothpaste reduces inflammation, which is beneficial for soothing sore gums. Its antibacterial properties also help to reduce the possibility of infection or irritation caused by braces.
